Widows & Single Mothers Enterprise Program

Empowering Women. Rebuilding Lives. Creating Sustainable Futures.

At Johnson Alice Foundation (JAC), we believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, financial stability, and purpose—especially those who have faced the life-altering challenges of widowhood or single parenthood. Our Widows & Single Mothers Enterprise Program was created to provide vulnerable women across Nigeria and Africa with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to transform their lives, support their children, and build brighter futures for their families.

This project is not just about providing financial assistance; it’s about restoring hope, building capacity, and nurturing a new generation of empowered women who can stand strong in the face of adversity. Through this program, we equip women with vocational skills, startup kits, and mentorship to launch small businesses, generate sustainable income, and regain control over their lives.

Widows and single mothers who are economically disadvantaged and reside in Nigeria or other African regions are eligible. Selection is based on need, interest, and community referrals.
