Youth Mentorship & Skills Hub

Empowering the Next Generation
Every young person deserves the opportunity to build a future filled with hope and purpose. The Johnson Alice Foundation empowers underserved youth in the United States and Nigeria through mentorship, skills training, and pathways to employment or entrepreneurship.

Our Work So Far:
We have empowered over 1,200 young people, providing vocational training, career coaching, life skills, and entrepreneurship support. In Nigeria, we have trained 700 youth in tailoring, digital marketing, and carpentry—85% securing jobs or starting businesses. In the USA, we have mentored 500 youth, with 78% entering higher education or employment.

“The Johnson Alice Foundation believed in me. Today, I run my own business and employ others.” — Emmanuel, Lagos, Nigeria.

The Unmet Need:
Millions more youth need support. In Nigeria, over 40% of youth are unemployed. In the USA, underserved communities face skills gaps and limited mentorship. Without intervention, young people risk being left behind.

How You Can Help:
We seek $400,000 to reach an additional 2,000 young people with mentorship, skills training, and job placement support.
